2018 Fleetwood Pace Arrow LXE 38K

340HP Cummins Diesel | Articulating King Bed | Thomas Payne Theater Seating

The Pace Arrow LXE 38K represents the premium tier of Fleetwood's Class A diesel lineup — a wide-body coach on the Freightliner XCM Power Bridge chassis, powered by a 340HP Cummins ISB 6.7L engine with 700 lb-ft of torque and backed by an Allison 2,500 MH 6-speed electronic transmission. This particular coach has been garage kept and treated to a meaningful series of upgrades over the past two years that leave it genuinely move-in ready.

The centerpiece of the living area is a set of Thomas Payne electric theater seats installed in February 2026 — fully equipped with heat, massage, and USB charging at every seat. They anchor a living space that also received a full upholstery refresh, presents in excellent condition throughout, and pairs with a brand-new smart TV, the coach's original electric fireplace, and a 5.1 surround sound home theater system. The result is an interior that lives like a high-end home entertainment room, not a motorhome.

THOMAS PAYNE ELECTRIC THEATER SEATING

Installed February 2026 with heat, massage, and USB charging — a genuine upgrade from factory seating that transforms the living area into a first-class lounge.

ENGINE & DRIVETRAIN

340HP Cummins ISB 6.7L Diesel – Paired with the Allison 2,500 MH 6-speed transmission and exhaust brake, this drivetrain handles mountain grades, loaded highway miles, and towing demands with equal confidence.

GENERATOR & POWER

8.0 kW Onan Quiet Diesel Generator – A heavy-duty onboard generator with auto-start keeps the coach fully self-sufficient without shore power, supporting the A/C, inverter, and appliances without compromise.

BEDROOM

Articulating King Bed (72" x 80") – The bedroom slide houses a king bed that adjusts to your preferred angle, flanked by dual rear wardrobes with cedar lining and hanging rods, overhead cabinets, and under-bed storage.

ENTERTAINMENT

Three New Smart TVs (August 2025) – Living area, Exterior TV, and bedroom all running new smart TVs — nothing to replace, nothing to upgrade.

CLIMATE CONTROL

Dual Roof-Mounted High-Efficiency A/C w/ Bedroom Heat Pump – Full-length metallic ducting delivers consistent climate control front to back, with a dedicated bedroom heat pump for independent temperature management overnight.

KITCHEN & APPLIANCES

Residential Refrigerator w/ 2,000W Inverter – Full-size refrigeration backed by four 6V deep-cycle house batteries and a 2,000W inverter keeps food and beverages cold whether or not you're plugged in.

Full Mosaic Glass Tile Backsplash | Solid-Surface Countertops – The galley is equipped with a 3-burner range, stainless convection microwave with range hood, large 50/50 dual stainless-steel sink with pull-down sprayer, and polished solid-surface countertops and dinette table.

LEVELING & CONVENIENCE

Automatic Hydraulic Leveling Jacks – Level the coach at any site in minutes — no leveling blocks, no manual effort.

Central Vacuum System – Whole-coach vacuum eliminates the need for portable units and keeps the interior genuinely clean on the road.

EXTERIOR & OUTDOOR LIVING

Power Awning w/ LED Light Strip & Wind Sensor – The LED-lit patio awning extends the living space outdoors and retracts automatically when wind sensors detect a threat.

Exterior Entertainment Center TV – Smart TV upgrade makes the campsite as enjoyable as the interior.

Full-Body Paint | Frameless Flush-Mount Windows – The LXE's painted exterior with seamless beltline trim, fiberglass wheel-well trims, and aluminum bus-style luggage doors gives this coach a premium presence on the road and at camp.

Pass-Through Storage Slide Tray – Massive undercoach bays with full slide tray accommodate chairs, hoses, and gear without surrendering an inch of interior space.

INTERIOR DETAILS

Hardwood cabinetry with hardwood window valances and ceiling treatment, crown molding, flat interior ceiling, 84" height, plank-style vinyl flooring, whole-coach water filtration, and a glass shower enclosure with skylight complete the package.
